In addition to starting my real estate career in 1999, I became a broker in 2002. Today, as Vice President and Managing Broker for Watson Realty Corp.’s Ormond Beach office, my goal is to serve as a resource and guide, providing the support my agents need to achieve their goals. The most rewarding part of being a broker is guiding and assisting my agents and watching them flourish. Every one of my associates is a success story. I genuinely care about their personal and professional well-being because I believe that the two are deeply connected. Over the years, I’ve found that when my agents succeed, our customers benefit—and that’s the ultimate win-win.
My educational background includes a master’s degree in organizational management and a bachelor’s in business management. Before real estate, my time working for Fortune 500 companies taught me the importance of delivering exceptional customer service—an approach I’ve carried throughout my career.
